Let's
be honest: this is not as efficient as a one hour swimming lesson but
is good enough to give people a jump start and see results with little
effort. Also, going to the gym or swimming pool cam be time wasting and
after a while can get boring. This way it is easy to make some exercise
on a daily basis without feeling punished.
Watch TV, read a book, work on your computer, study or whatever!
All
you have to do is pace the pads, start the device and let it work for
you. It can be used in many different regions but must be kept away from
the
heart region, kidney, and all internal organs in general.
This
is to be used once a day for one or two 15 minute sessions on the on
the body part you need to lose some weight. The many functions that this
product has are just more reasons why you should have it. This "toy"
can actually improve body circulation, metabolism and take away pain
from sore muscles, improve immune system and much more.
I will not go into all the aspects of this machine but just stick with the losing weight function.
When started, it releases an impulse that will make muscles contract. DO not use a high intensity if you feel pain. Use an intensity that you can accept and stick with it. The key is the daily usage not the high intensity.
I will let you know some secrets about it.
1. to find the right place for the pads try to place them 3 cm one from each other. If the muscle doesn't contract from the first level of intensity that means you didn't placed them right.
2. a sting or a pinch feeling means either you placed them wrong or the pads are consumed. Don't worry! Use water based gel. Apply a tiny quantity on the pad every time it gets dry. After 6 months or so you will have to buy new ones. They cost 2 $ a pair.
3. In my expedience, when using this device you get enthusiastic and you'll want to place it everywhere. Keep in mind that one session is 15 minutes. To have good result you should go for 30 minutes a day on one body part.
So, let's do the math:
legs:one hour
tush :30 min
tummy: 30 min
arm fat:one hour
We end up with 3 hours a day to cover the main areas. 3hours a day is just too much time!
I sincerely suggest you this kind of program so you don't get bored and give up:
First week, chose one are and work on it every day.
Second week, alternate the first area with a new one.
Do this for at least a month.
Then you can maintain the first area with one session a week and start a new muscle area as said above.
Example: for 7 days work on the legs. Then for a hole month, one day legs, next day butt cheeks.
This is just my way of using this device, it doesn't mean it is the perfect method.
