Our society wants us fit and skinny and, if you are a woman, you must also keep a balanced state of mind with a very empty stomach!
When I was 16 I lost 20 kg in one year! It was the hardest thing I have ever done and since then I never gain more then one or 2 kg.
You want me to be honest? I AM ALWAYS A LITTLE HUNGRY!
Truth being said, having a nice body is a 24/7 job that requires constancy, willpower, determination and sacrifice!
Everyone has different motives to try to stay or get in shape. Me, I am terrified of the consequences that extra weight has on the body and I am disgust by the way we are slave to food, when it should not be our reason to love, but just a fuel.
Here are some methods I consider valuable and I know for sure that work.
Also, since my day is made only of 24 hours, I use some tricks to compensate the lack of time or willpower and I will explain all of them here.
