Please note that only 1200 more or less are required to be lying in bed all day, 700 to carry out normal activities (such as study, wash etc) and not to mention the sport ...If you go below the 1200 it becomes very dangerous for health. It is all about the balance between what enters and exits and the sum must be = 0, not -1 .
